1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the AI Powered Network Marketing website (aipowerednetworkmarketing.com) and purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

"We," "us," and "our" refer to Inner Life Awakening Pty Ltd trading as AI Powered Network Marketing. "You" refers to the user or purchaser.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

2.2 Entrepreneur License ($67 USD)

This comprehensive package includes:

  • Everything in The AI Network Marketer's Toolkit

  • 90-Day Business Builder Roadmap

  • Affiliate License (70% commissions)

  • Lead Dashboard Access

  • Marketing Pack (swipe copy, templates)

  • Private Facebook Group Access

  • App Access (when available)

3. PAYMENT AND PRICING

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are in USD (United States Dollars)

  • Prices may change without notice

  • Any promotional pricing applies only during the promotional period

3.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • We accept major credit cards and PayPal

  • You are responsible for any currency conversion fees

5. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

5.1 Eligibility

  • Available only to Entrepreneur License holders

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must agree to the separate Affiliate Agreement

  • Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Commission Structure

  • 70% commission on all referred sales

  • $11.90 USD per Toolkit sale ($17 x 70%)

  • $46.90 USD per Entrepreneur License sale ($67 x 70%)

5.3 Payment Terms

  • Minimum payout: $50 USD

  • Payment schedule: Monthly (by the 15th of each month)

  • Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer

  • Holding period: 30 days from sale (to account for refunds)

5.4 Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates must NOT:

  • Make false or misleading claims about products

  • Guarantee specific income or results

  • Use spam or unsolicited messaging

  • Bid on branded keywords in paid advertising

  • Misrepresent their relationship with us

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. LEAD ACCESS AND DATA

6.1 Lead Dashboard

Entrepreneur License holders receive access to a Lead Dashboard where they can view contact information of people who:

  • Opted in through their affiliate link

  • Made purchases through their affiliate link

6.2 Data Usage Requirements

When using lead data, you MUST:

  • Comply with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)

  • Only contact leads for legitimate business purposes

  • Honour unsubscribe/opt-out requests immediately

  • Not sell, share, or transfer lead data to third parties

  • Maintain data security and confidentiality

  • Delete data upon request

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property remain the property of Inner Life Awakening Pty Ltd, including:

  • AI prompts and templates

  • Training materials and guides

  • Marketing materials and swipe copy

  • Branding, logos, and trademarks

  • Website content and design

7.2 License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the materials for your personal business

  • Implement the strategies in your network marketing efforts

  • Use provided marketing materials to promote the products (Entrepreneur License only)

7.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the products

  • Create derivative works for sale

  • Remove copyright notices or branding

  • Claim ownership of our materials

  • Use materials in competing products

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES

Our products reference and utilize third-party AI tools including but not limited to:

  • ChatGPT (OpenAI)

  • Claude (Anthropic)

  • Other AI platforms

Important:

  • We are not affiliated with these companies

  • These tools may require separate subscriptions

  • Their features and pricing may change

  • You must comply with their respective terms of service

9. INCOME DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: We make no guarantees about income, results, or business success.

  • Results vary based on individual effort, skills, and market conditions

  • Past results do not guarantee future performance

  • Testimonials represent individual experiences, not typical results

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
