1. Introduction

AI Powered Network Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") — a trading name of Inner Life Awakening Pty Ltd (ABN 90 650 080 676) — is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you visit our website at aipowerednetworkmarketing.com, purchase our products or services, sign up for our email list, participate in our Entrepreneur Licence affiliate programme, or use our in-application features (Reactivation Engine, Conversation Feed, branded email, workbooks and Academy).

Our Contact Information

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

A. Information you provide directly. Full name, email address, phone number (optional), billing address (if required), payment information (processed by Stripe), business name and type (optional), product/niche information (optional). When you contact us: name, email, message content. When you join our affiliate programme: PayPal email or bank account details, marketing preferences, promotional methods.

B. Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and time spent, referral source, geographic location (country/city level), cookies and similar tracking technologies.

C. Information from third parties. Payment processors (Stripe), email and CRM providers (GoHighLevel, Amazon SES), analytics providers (Google Analytics) and social media platforms (if you interact with our content).

2.2 Information We Do Not Collect

Government identifiers, complete credit card information (handled by Stripe), health information, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or affiliations, religious or philosophical beliefs, or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. How We Use Your Information

Order processing and delivery, communication and customer support, marketing with consent, affiliate programme management, website improvement, legal compliance and fraud prevention. For EU users, our legal bases are contract, consent, legitimate interests and legal obligation.

4. AI-Powered Features and Automated Processing

Several features within our services use artificial intelligence (AI) to assist you.

Where AI is used

  • The Reactivation Engine generates draft reconnection messages based on contact information you upload and the context you provide.

  • The in-application chatbot answers questions using AI based on the AIPNM workbook content and your message history with the bot.

  • Content generation tools assist you in drafting messages, captions and other written content.

How AI processing works

  • Your inputs (prompts, uploaded data, supplied context) are sent to our AI sub-processor (Anthropic) for processing.

  • The AI generates outputs (draft messages, answers, content suggestions) which are returned to you within the application.

  • AI-generated outputs are drafts intended as a starting point. You are required to review, evaluate and edit AI outputs before using them externally.

  • We retain AI-generated outputs and the inputs that produced them within our application database for the duration of your active Entrepreneur Licence.

Human oversight

AI processing in our services does not make decisions that have legal effects or significantly affect you. All meaningful decisions are made by you, not by the AI. You retain full control to edit, discard or override any AI-generated output before it is used.

Your rights regarding AI processing (EU/EEA residents)

Under Article 22 of the GDPR, you have the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Because human review is required for every AI-generated output before external use, our AI features are not "solely automated" decisions in the GDPR sense. If you have concerns, contact [email protected].

AI sub-processor commitments

Our AI sub-processor (Anthropic) does not train its models on customer inputs or outputs by default for API usage. Our agreement with Anthropic restricts use of your data to providing the AI processing service.

5. Affiliate Programme and Lead Sharing

The affiliate programme is a feature of the Entrepreneur Licence. Affiliates are bound by the Affiliate Data Handling Agreement at the bottom of this Policy.

When someone opts in or purchases through an affiliate's unique link, we share that person's contact information (full name, email, phone if provided, date of opt-in or purchase, product purchased) with the referring affiliate. The affiliate may also receive notifications about their referred customer's Licence status changes (rebill, cancellation) for commission purposes. Affiliates do not receive usage-level data about referrals.

At checkout you provide explicit consent via a mandatory checkbox: "I understand my contact details may be shared with an independent affiliate who referred me to AI Powered Network Marketing. This affiliate may contact me to provide support and additional information."

Never shared with affiliates: payment information, account passwords, purchase history beyond the current transaction, IP addresses or technical data, or information from other purchases not made through their link.

To opt out of an affiliate's communications, reply with "UNSUBSCRIBE" or email [email protected].

6. How We Share Your Information

We share information with the sub-processors listed in Section 7, with affiliates as described in Section 5, with acquirers in the event of a business transfer, where required by law (court orders, subpoenas, fraud prevention) and with your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Sub-processors and Service Providers

8. In-Application Features and Data Handling

8.1 Reactivation Engine

The Reactivation Engine processes contact lists you upload (names, emails, phones, social profile URLs, relationship context and any notes you supply) for the sole purpose of generating AI-drafted reconnection messages for you to edit and send. You (the Licensee) are the data controller for the contacts you upload; we act as a processor under your instruction. Storage: Supabase (US). AI generation: Anthropic (US). Retention: 30 days after your Entrepreneur Licence ends, then hard-deleted within 7 further days. During an active Licence you may use the in-app "Delete All Contacts" function for immediate hard-deletion. Your uploaded contacts have no direct contractual relationship with AIPNM and are not party to this Privacy Policy; you are responsible under your own legal basis for contacting them.

8.2 Conversation Feed

The Conversation Feed records your in-app interactions and conversation history with prospects, along with pixel and engagement signals from the broader funnel. Storage: Supabase (US); CRM data sync via GoHighLevel. Retention: duration of your active Licence plus 30 days after end.

8.3 Branded Email at team.aipowerednetworkmarketing.com

Branded mailboxes for Entrepreneur Licence holders are delivered via Zoho Mail Lite (US/India/EU regional, depending on Zoho's data centre allocation). Email content is processed by Zoho per Zoho's own privacy and security commitments. On Licence end the mailbox is reclaimed within 7 days; no archive is retained or transferred. Senders and recipients of the branded email (third parties) are not party to this Privacy Policy.

8.4 Workbook Downloads and In-Application Content

We track when you download workbook PDFs and (where in-application native rendering is available) when you read workbook content within the app. This is standard analytics-style data used to understand engagement and improve the product.

8.5 AIPNM Academy (forward-looking)

When the AIPNM Academy launches, video viewing data, completion tracking and progress data will be processed using the same sub-processors as the rest of the application. This Policy will be updated with any material additions before launch.

9. Data Security

Technical safeguards: SSL/TLS encryption, encrypted data storage, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing via Stripe, regular security audits, firewalls and intrusion detection, and access controls and authentication. Organisational safeguards: limited employee access, confidentiality agreements, regular security training and incident response procedures. In the unlikely event of a data breach posing a serious risk to you, we will notify you within 72 hours (as required by GDPR), notify the Australian Privacy Commissioner if required, and advise you on how to protect yourself.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Under the Australian Privacy Act you have rights of access, correction, deletion (subject to legal retention requirements) and complaint (escalating to the OAIC). EU residents under GDPR also have the right to be forgotten, data portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and objection to direct marketing. See Section 4 for AI-specific rights under Article 22.

To exercise your rights, email [email protected] with your full name, account email, specific request and proof of identity. We will respond within 30 days (complex requests may take up to 60 days). Requests are free unless excessive or repetitive. To opt out of marketing, click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email or email us with "UNSUBSCRIBE"; we process opt-outs within 10 business days.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies (required for functionality and login), analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (to track visited pages, remember preferences and support remarketing). Third-party services may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through browser settings or via opt-out tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out, the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

  • Purchase records: 7 years (for tax and accounting purposes)

  • Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe
