1. Our Commitment
We stand behind every product we sell. If you buy something from us and it doesn't deliver what we said it would, we'll make it right — by helping you get the result you paid for, or by refunding you.
You have 30 days from your purchase date. If you're not satisfied, email us. We respond within 24–48 hours.
This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a free trial. We're betting on you using what you bought. If you do and it doesn't work, the policy is on your side.
2. What's Covered
The 30-day guarantee applies to everything we sell:
AI Powered Network Marketing — Digital Book ($27)
Hardcover + Book Video Series bundle (+$49 order bump) — see the Physical Books section below for how returns work
The Academy ($295) — one-time purchase, lifetime access
Entrepreneur Licence ($495 activation + $24.95/month from day 30) — includes the Advanced Training, the 90-Day Business Builder app, the in-app engines, branded email, your 30-minute call with Matt, and your affiliate licence. See the Entrepreneur Licence section below.
Your 30-day window starts the day you purchase. For the Entrepreneur Licence, it starts the day you activate.
3. How to Request a Refund

The email address you used at checkout
Your order number (in your purchase confirmation email)
What's not working for you, or what you're dissatisfied with
What you've already tried
We'll respond within 24–48 hours. From there, one of two things happens.
Option 1: We help you get the result. Often what looks like a refund situation is actually a "stuck on step 3" situation. If we can fix it with a bit of support or a pointer to the right resource, we will. You keep the product and you get what you paid for.
Option 2: We refund you. If we can't fix it, we refund you in full. No argument, no friction.
4. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method:
Credit card: 5–7 business days
PayPal: 3–5 business days
Bank transfer: 7–10 business days
5. Physical Books
If your order included a printed hardcover that's already been shipped and we agree to refund, here's how that works:
You get a full refund. You keep the book.
We don't want you posting a book back to Australia. Return shipping usually costs more than the book itself. Simpler answer: you keep it, we refund you. If you find value in it later, great. If not, pass it to someone who might.
This applies to buyers acting in good faith. We reserve the right to decline future orders from anyone who repeatedly exploits this.
6. The Academy
The Academy is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Go through the Foundation section, do the workbooks and worksheets, and put the method to work. If it isn't right for you, email us within 30 days for a full refund of what you paid ($295 or $395). You keep what you've learned from the lessons you watched.
7. Entrepreneur Licence
The Entrepreneur Licence is a subscription: a $495 activation fee plus $24.95/month starting on day 30.
Activation fee: full $495 refund within 30 days of activation. We'll cancel your monthly membership at the same time. You keep what you've learned from the videos you watched.
Monthly fee: the $24.95 monthly fee is non-refundable for billing periods that have already passed. Cancelling stops future rebills, and your access runs to the end of the current period.
A note on commissions and refunds. The Entrepreneur Licence itself doesn't pay affiliate commission, so refunding a Licence is clean — there's nothing to offset. But your affiliate licence does earn you 70% on the Book, the Hardcover + Book Video Series bundle, and the Academy. If someone you referred refunds one of those, the 70% you earned on that sale is reversed and comes out of your current or future affiliate earnings. That's the reason we hold affiliate payouts for 30 days before releasing them — it lets the refund window close first.
8. When the Guarantee Does Not Apply
We reserve the right to decline a claim if:
It's more than 30 days after your purchase
You downloaded the materials but made no genuine attempt to use them
You've shared, resold, or misused the products
The purchase was made fraudulently (stolen card, false information)
A chargeback has already been filed (see below)
There's a pattern of abuse across your account history
9. Before You File a Chargeback
Please email us first. We respond within 24 hours and refund faster than any chargeback process.
If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us, we will contest it with evidence of your purchase. If the chargeback is upheld, your account is suspended and your access to products and future purchases is revoked.
Legitimate chargebacks (stolen card, genuinely unauthorised purchases) are always honoured without argument.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Inner Life Awakening Pty Ltd is an Australian business and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your statutory rights are not excluded or limited by anything in this policy. Under the ACL:
Products must match their description
Products must be fit for their purpose
Digital content must be of acceptable quality
We must provide reasonable remedies for failures
Our 30-day guarantee exceeds what the ACL requires.

11. International Customer
Our 30-day guarantee applies worldwide. A few region-specific notes:
EU customers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. Our 30-day policy exceeds this — same process, email us.
US customers: We comply with FTC guidelines on refunds, with clear disclosure of terms before purchase.
All other regions: The 30-day guarantee applies. Email us the same way.
