1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the AI Powered Network Marketing website (aipowerednetworkmarketing.com) and purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
"We," "us," and "our" refer to Inner Life Awakening Pty Ltd (ABN 90 650 080 676), trading as AI Powered Network Marketing. "You" refers to the user or purchaser. "Licensee" refers to a holder of the Entrepreneur Licence.
2. Products and Services
2.1 AI Powered Network Marketing — Digital Book ($27 USD)
Our front-end product is a 293-page digital book (PDF), delivered instantly on purchase, together with seven bonus resources included at no additional cost.
2.2 Hardcover + Book Video Series Bundle ($49 USD)
An optional one-time upgrade offered only at checkout. It comprises the printed hardcover edition, shipped worldwide with free shipping, and the Book Video Series (a short video for each chapter). The Book Video Series is sold only as this checkout upgrade and is not available separately.
2.3 The Academy ($295 USD)
A one-time-purchase video training programme comprising 116 video lessons across three sections (Foundation, Skills, Mastery), three workbooks, and 116 worksheets, with lifetime access and future updates included. The Academy is not a subscription.
2.4 Entrepreneur Licence ($495 USD setup + $24.95/month USD)
The Entrepreneur Licence is a subscription product available to customers who have completed, or are currently enrolled in, the Academy. The launch activation fee is $495 USD (the standard fee is $2,495 USD), followed by a recurring monthly fee of $24.95 USD beginning on day 30. It includes:
Advanced Training video series and Advanced Training Workbook with action steps
The 90-Day Business Builder app (daily action system)
Conversation Feed, Reactivation Engine, and Content Atom Engine in-app features
AI assistant trained on the AIPNM method
Branded email address at team.aipowerednetworkmarketing.com via Zoho
The lifecycle email system (50+ customer-facing emails sent from the Licensee's branded address)
App access at app.aipowerednetworkmarketing.com and the private Entrepreneurs community
One 30-minute video call with Matt Elliott, bookable within the first 12 months (subject to clause 2.5)
An affiliate licence to promote the Book, the Hardcover + Book Video Series bundle, and the Academy (see Section 5)
Important — affiliate commi ssion scope: The Entrepreneur Licence itself is not a commissionable product. No affiliate commission is paid on Entrepreneur Licence activation fees or monthly subscription fees. See Section 5.
2.5 The 30-Minute Founder Call
Each Entrepreneur Licence includes one 30-minute video call with Matt Elliott, bookable within the first 12 months of activation and delivered via Google Meet. One call per Licensee. A 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy applies; calls cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeit. This benefit applies to Licences activated at the launch price; we may replace it with a team onboarding call for activations made after the launch period ends.
3. Payment and Pricing

Any promotional pricing applies only during the promotional period
3.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
We accept major credit cards and PayPal
You are responsible for any currency conversion fees
Full payment is required before product access is granted
3.3 Subscription Terms
(a) The Entrepreneur Licence comprises a one-time activation fee of $495 USD plus a recurring monthly fee of $24.95 USD.
(b) The first month is included with the setup fee. The first monthly rebill occurs on day 30 from the setup payment date.
(c) Subsequent rebills occur monthly on the same calendar day of each month thereafter.
(d) The Licensee may cancel the subscription at any time via in-application account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future rebills.
(e) Monthly rebill amounts are non-refundable for previous billing periods.
(f) On cancellation, access to the Entrepreneur Licence and all associated services continues until the end of the then-current billing period.
(g) On cancellation, expiry, or termination, data stored within our systems is handled in accordance with the data-retention clause in our Refund Policy.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products. For complete details, please see our full Refund Policy.
Summary:
30 days from purchase to request a refund of the Book, the Hardcover + Book Video Series bundle, the Academy, or the Entrepreneur Licence activation fee.
Monthly $24.95 USD Entrepreneur Licence rebills are non-refundable for previous billing periods.
Contact us before filing a chargeback.
Where you have earned affiliate commission on a sale that is later refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed (see Section 5 and the Refund Policy).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Data is handled per the post-Licence-end retention clause in the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
5. Affiliate Programme
5.1 Eligibility
Available only to active Entrepreneur Licence holders
Must be 18 years or older
Subject to the affiliate programme terms within this document
Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5.2 Commission Structure
(a) Affiliates earn a 70% commission on the actual sale price of the following referred products:

(c) Commission is calculated on the actual amount paid by the referred customer, net of any discounts, and excludes taxes, shipping, and payment-processing fees where applicable.
(d) If a referred sale is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the related commission is reversed and may be deducted from current or future affiliate earnings.
5.3 Payment Terms
Minimum payout: $50 USD.
Payment schedule: monthly (by the 15th of each month).
Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer.
Holding period: 30 days from the sale, to account for refunds.
5.4 Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates must NOT:
Make false or misleading claims about products.
Guarantee specific income or results.
Use spam or unsolicited messaging.
Bid on branded keywords in paid advertising.
Misrepresent their relationship with us.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Lead Access, Reactivation Engine and Data
6.1 Lead and Customer Visibility
Entrepreneur Licence holders receive visibility, through the in-app system and their branded email inbox, of people who opt in or purchase through their affiliate link, for the purpose of support and follow-up.
6.2 Reactivation Engine
The Reactivation Engine is an in-application feature that helps Licensees re-engage their own existing contacts. It is governed by the following sub-clauses:
6.2.1 Customer Contact Lists
The Licensee warrants that they have a lawful basis to contact every person uploaded to the Reactivation Engine, and indemnifies us against claims arising from a lack of such basis.
6.2.2 AI-Generated Message Drafts
Messages produced by the Reactivation Engine are AI-generated drafts. The Licensee must review, edit where appropriate, and take responsibility for every message before sending. Sending unedited drafts at scale is not permitted.
6.2.3 Recipient Opt-Out
The Licensee must honour all opt-out and unsubscribe requests immediately and must not circumvent opt-out tracking.
6.2.4 Data Retention
Contact data uploaded to the Reactivation Engine is retained under the post-Licence-end retention windows set out in the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy (in summary: 30 days post cancellation, then hard-deletion within a further 7 days).
6.2.5 Message Content Restrictions
Reactivation Engine messages may promote AIPNM products or the Licensee's own multi-level-marketing (MLM) opportunity, but the two must be kept separate within any given message and must not imply endorsement of one by the other.
6.3 Brand Standards and Lead-Rescue Rule
Email sent from a Licensee's branded address is quality-monitored for content that creates brand or legal risk (such as spam tactics, non-compliant income claims, offensive language, or privacy violations). In addition, if a lead replies to a Licensee's questionnaire and the Licensee has not responded within five days, the lead may be reassigned to the founder's pipeline. These standards exist to protect both the Licensee's reputation and the AIPNM brand.
6.4 Data Usage Requirements
When using lead or contact data, you MUST:
Comply with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, Australian Privacy Act, Spam Act 2003, CASL, etc.).
Only contact leads for legitimate business purposes.
Honour unsubscribe/opt-out requests immediately.
Not sell, share, or transfer lead data to third parties.
Maintain data security and confidentiality.
Delete data upon request.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All content, materials, and intellectual property remain the property of Inner Life Awakening Pty Ltd (ABN 90 650 080 676), trading as AI Powered Network Marketing, including:
The book, Academy lessons, workbooks, and worksheets
Training materials and guides
Marketing materials and swipe copy
Branding, logos, and trademarks
Website and application content and design
7.2 Limited Licence
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your personal business, implement the strategies in your own efforts, and (Entrepreneur Licence holders only) use provided marketing materials to promote the commissionable products.
7.3 Course and Workbook Content Licensing
The Academy lessons, the Advanced Training, the workbooks, the worksheets, and the book (the "Materials") are licensed to you on the following terms.
Permitted uses:
(a) You may download and store Materials on systems you control for your own personal and business use.
(b) You may print copies of downloadable Materials for your own personal and business use.
(c) You may quote short extracts (no more than a single exercise or page at a time) in your own marketing, with attribution to AI Powered Network Marketing.
Prohibited uses:
(d) You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Materials in whole or in substantial part, whether for free or for payment.
(e) You must not create derivative works based on the Materials for sale or distribution, or use the Materials within a competing product.
7.4 AI-Generated Content Ownership
Output produced by AI-powered features within our applications (including the Reactivation Engine, the Content Atom Engine, the Conversation Feed, and the AI assistant) is generated for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and using such output. We do not assert ownership of the specific output generated for you, but the underlying prompts, models, software, and feature design remain our property.
7.5 Restrictions
You may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, or share the products.
Create derivative works for sale.
Remove copyright notices or branding.
Claim ownership of our materials.
Use materials in competing products.
8. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our products reference and utilise third-party AI tools including but not limited to ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and other AI platforms.
Important:
We are not affiliated with these companies.
These tools may require separate subscriptions.
Their features and pricing may change.
You must comply with their respective terms of service.
9. Income Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: We make no guarantees about income, results, or business success.
Results vary based on individual effort, skills, and market conditions.
Past results do not guarantee future performance.
Testimonials represent individual experiences, not typical results.
Network marketing involves risks and may not be suitable for everyone.
You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
10. Disclaimers — AI-Powered Features
Several features of the Entrepreneur Licence — including the Conversation Feed and the Reactivation Engine — use artificial intelligence to generate text, suggestions, and message drafts.
AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for a given recipient or context. Output is provided "as is" and is intended as a starting draft for the Licensee to review and edit, not as final, ready-to-send communication.
The Licensee is solely responsible for reviewing every AI-generated draft before it is sent or published, for ensuring that the content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate, and for the consequences of sending it. We do not warrant that AI features will be available without interruption or that any specific AI output will be produced.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for third-party actions or services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.
Note: This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inner Life Awakening Pty Ltd (ABN 90 650 080 676), trading as AI Powered Network Marketing, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Term and Termination
13.1 Term
These Terms apply from the date of your first purchase or use of our website and continue while you use our products and services.
13.2 Termination by the Licensee
The Licensee may terminate the Entrepreneur Licence by cancelling the subscription as set out in clause 3.3(d).
13.3 Termination by us for cause
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, chargeback activity contrary to Section 4, breach of the brand standards in clause 6.3, or conduct that creates risk for us, our customers, or third parties.
13.4 Effect of Termination:
On cancellation by the Licensee, access continues until the end of the then-current billing period and ceases at that time.
On termination by us for cause, access ceases immediately, and no refund of the activation fee or any rebill is owed.
In all cases of Licence end, contact data, in-app history, branded email mailbox, course access, and other application data are handled in accordance with the post-Licence-end data-retention clause in our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. We commit to responding within 14 days.
14.2 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Queensland, Australia, conducted in English under Australian arbitration rules.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inner Life Awakening Pty Ltd (ABN 90 650 080 676), trading as AI Powered Network Marketing.
